Instructions for Authors
Overview
Authors are encouraged to submit innovative research articles, reviews, communications, opinions, case studies, case series, commentaries, editorials, and letters. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines to be considered for review.
Submission Process
Cover Letter: Include an institutional or personal letterhead.
Initial Submission: Submit via email or the submission portal. A confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours.
Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any financial, commercial, or personal affiliations.
Manuscript Preparation
Title Page: Title, authors' names, affiliations, and correspondence details.
Abstract: 150-200 words summarizing the study's aim, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 6-8 keywords.
Abbreviations and Nomenclature: Define abbreviations and follow standard nomenclature for units, drugs, species, and genes.
Materials and Methods: Detail experimental design and methods.
Results and Discussion: Combine results and discussion to avoid repetition.
Acknowledgment: Credit contributors and sponsors.
Figures and Tables: Submit high-resolution files separately.
Appendix: Include supplementary data.
Funding Sources: List all funding sources.
Page/Line Number: Number all pages and lines for easy reference.
References: Use the author-date format for citations and references.
Article Types and Word Count
Full-length Articles: Up to 3,200 words.
Short Theoretical Articles: Up to 2,200 words.
Review Articles: Up to 6,200 words.
Additional Sections
Clinical Images: Limited to 10 figures with descriptions.
Letters to the Editor: Commentary on previously published articles.
Copyrights and Transfer: Licensed under CC BY; authors must obtain copyright permissions for reused content.
Retraction Policy: Follow internationally accepted standards for retractions.
Erratum and Corrigendum: Publish corrections as needed.
Final Notes
All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their work and must ensure that the submission is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
