Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal or removal of articles is strongly discouraged by Acquire Publications. Submitting a manuscript or withdrawing is solely in an author's interest, and we respect their decision. The withdrawal of a manuscript is deemed acceptable only for unavoidable reasons, as it entails a waste of valuable time and effort invested by editors, reviewers, and the editorial staff in processing the manuscripts. Authors can withdraw their article at no charge if done within 24-48 hours of its initial submission. However, if an author(s) requests withdrawal after the peer review process, during the publication phase (early release), or after it is published online, a withdrawal penalty of $ 449 will be imposed. All authors are urged to verify multiple times that the articles/manuscripts are genuine and error-free.

The practice of removal, deletion, or obscuring of an article or part of an article is limited to circumstances such as legal infringements, defamation, other legal limitations, or false or inaccurate data, especially those that, if acted upon, could pose a severe health risk. Articles withdrawn by the author or retracted by the publisher will be accompanied by a notice explaining why the paper has been removed or rejected. Articles in press (articles that have been accepted for publication or published as e-pub ahead of schedule but which have not been formally published with volume/issue/page information) that include errors or violate publishing ethics guidelines, such as multiple submissions, fake claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, or the like, may be "withdrawn" from the journal. Withdrawal means that the article files are removed and replaced with a PDF stating that the article has been withdrawn from the journal by Acquire editorial policies.

Article Retraction

Published articles (with volume/issue/page information) that may contain infringements of professional, ethical codes, such as multiple submissions, bogus claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, or the like, are retracted. Acquire Publications follows COPE's retraction guidelines.

Redundant (Multiple) Publication/Re-publication

Editors of Acquire Publications have a policy for abstracts and posters of conferences, results presented at meetings, and results in databases. Authors who wish to publish translations of articles published elsewhere should ensure they have appropriate permission(s), clearly indicate that the material has been translated and re-published, and acknowledge the source of the material.
