About Creative Commons Licenses

As an open-access publisher, "Acquire Publications" adheres to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which specifies:

The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License provides individuals, from individual creators to large institutions, with a standardized method to grant the public permission to use their creative work under copyright law.

'CC' denotes the Creative Commons license, and 'BY' signifies that users have provided attribution to the creator, allowing the published manuscripts to be used or shared. This license permits redistribution, both commercially and non-commercially, as long as it is shared unchanged and in its entirety, with due credit to the author.

Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)

You are free to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

  • No additional restrictions: You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
