Journal of Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (JNNT) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes new insight articles in the field of nutrition, food science, dietary choices, and human and animal nutrition.

The journal welcomes submissions on studies related to obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, molecular and cellular biology of nutrients, foods and dietary supplements, community health nutrition, dietary bioactive components, experimental animal nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, cellular and molecular nutrition, nutrition translation, environmental nutrition, nutrition therapy, life stage nutrition, as well as macro-micronutrients.
